About AI Stats
A real-time dashboard tracking the global balance between human and AI-generated internet traffic.
What this site is
AI Stats aggregates and visualizes publicly available research data on internet traffic composition — how much web activity is generated by humans versus automated agents, bots, and AI crawlers. As AI-driven tools proliferate, the share of non-human traffic has grown substantially. This dashboard makes that shift visible in one place.
Data sources
All figures shown are derived from published research and platform disclosures, including:
- Imperva Bad Bot Reports
- Cloudflare Radar traffic analyses
- Akamai State of the Internet reports
- Platform-specific bot disclosure data
- Academic research on LLM crawler activity
Data is curated and updated periodically. Where exact figures are unavailable, ranges or midpoint estimates from cited sources are used. Each data point links to its underlying source on the dashboard.
Why it exists
The internet's traffic composition is changing faster than most coverage reflects. AI Stats exists to give developers, researchers, and curious readers a single dashboard showing the current state of that shift — without paywalls or sign-ups.
